Run your AI agents
like a company.

Office turns every Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode session into a living 3D office: a room for each project, a desk for each repo, a person for each agent. When one gets stuck, it walks to the CEO Office and waits for you — not in tab fourteen.

The problem

Ten terminals. Four projects. One agent has been waiting on you for 41 minutes.

Parallel agents are fast — until you lose track of them. A wall of tabs can't tell you who's working, who's finished and who's stuck on a yes-or-no question. Office can, at a glance.

With OfficeEvery project and agent in one glance. The amber one is already at your door.

How it works

From bird's-eye view to the exact line of output.

Every project is a room.

Rooms ring around your CEO Office. Green means working, amber means someone needs you. You read the state of all your work before reading a single word.

Every repo is a desk.

Walk into a room to see its desks and the agents sitting at them, each labelled with its task and latest output. Esc takes you back up a level.

Every agent is a real terminal.

Open an agent's live terminal inside Office — history, prompts and keyboard — as if the CLI were in front of you. Or jump to it in herdr or Ghostty.

Everything that needs you, in one queue.

Blocked agents walk up and wait by priority. Answer, approve or reject: the reply goes back to the right session and stays in the ticket's history.

Features

Built for people who run more agents than they can watch.

Everything in Office exists to answer one question fast: what needs me right now?

The CEO Office queue

Questions, approvals, reviews and errors line up by priority, each with its project, its agent and how long it has waited. Every reply reaches the right session and lands in an append-only history.

A real terminal for every agent

Attach to any agent's live session from the browser: scroll its history, answer its prompts, type as if you were there.

Any harness. No lock-in.

Claude Code, Codex with cx profiles, OpenCode, Pi, Hermes, Grok, Cursor Agent or a plain shell — side by side, in the same office.

Connections, scoped like credentials should be

MCP servers, HTTP APIs, OAuth, folders and env vars. Enable each one globally, per room or per desk — two GitHub accounts for two clients, never mixed.

See the setup before you launch

The launcher lists every connection an agent will get, where it comes from and which env var names it injects. Never the secrets.

Self-hosted. Yours.

Run it with docker compose on your server or next to herdr on your laptop. State in SQLite, secrets referenced as ${VAR}.

Make it yours

A live editor for colors, fonts, materials and the status palette. Every pixel is a token.

From desk to phone

Collapsible panels, a minimap and level navigation, so you can unblock an agent from the sofa.

Get started

Three steps to your first office.

  1. 1

    Start Office

On your server with docker compose, or next to herdr on your machine so it syncs with the agents you already run.

  2. 2

    Watch the rooms appear

With herdr, Office discovers your workspaces and agents and builds a room per project. Without it, you create rooms in two clicks.

  3. 3

    Hire your first agent

Press + Agent, pick a room, a harness and a profile, and write the first task. It sits down and gets to work.

~/office
# on a server
$ docker compose up -d
✔ office Started
→ http://localhost:8081

# or next to herdr, on your laptop
$ OFFICE_RUNTIME=herdr npm run dev
✔ herdr connected · 3 rooms, 7 agents

Roadmap

Where Office is going.

Shipped means it's in Office today. The rest is what we're building next — Advanced members get it first.

Shipped

  • 3D office with zoom levels

Office → room → desk → agent, with a minimap and keyboard navigation.

  • CEO Office with audit trail

Priority queue, wait times and an append-only history for every ticket.

  • Scoped connections

Global, per-room and per-desk overrides, with an effective-config preview.

  • Embedded terminals

Live attach from the browser, plus herdr and Ghostty shortcuts.

  • herdr sync & Docker runtime

Two-way sync with herdr, or a PTY runtime for servers.

Building now

  • Tasks and a board

Persistent tasks — queued, running, waiting, review, done — linked to their approvals.

  • Leads and subagents

Delegation you can see: who leads, who helps and how far along they are.

  • Roles per project

A reusable mission, limits and allowed tools for each kind of agent.

Next

  • Shared memory per room

Findings agents share inside a project, with source and date — never leaking across clients.

  • Schedules

Recurring tasks with an owner, a next run and a history.

  • Usage and cost

Only from data each harness actually reports. No estimates dressed up as facts.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

hello@floritron.dev

What is Office?

Office is a self-hosted command center for AI coding agents. It shows every agent you run — Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and others — as a person working in a 3D office with one room per project, and gathers everything that needs a human into a single queue: the CEO Office.

Which AI coding agents does Office support?

Claude Code, Codex (including cx profiles), OpenCode, Pi, Hermes (with profiles), Grok, Cursor Agent and any plain shell. Profiles are discovered from your environment, and you can mix harnesses in the same project.

Do I have to change how I run my agents?

No. With herdr, Office discovers your existing workspaces and agents and stays in sync both ways: launch an agent in Office and it appears in herdr, open one in herdr and it appears in Office. Without herdr, Office launches the CLIs itself in a PTY, which is how the Docker image works.

Where do my code and credentials live?

On your machine or your own server. Office runs where your agents run, stores its state in SQLite and references secrets as ${VAR} environment variables. The interface shows variable names, never their values.

What happens when an agent gets stuck?

When an agent asks a question, needs an approval or a review, or hits an error, it walks to the CEO Office and joins a priority queue. You see what it needs and how long it has waited, answer from the queue, and the reply goes back to that agent's session. Every ticket keeps a history of what happened.

Can I try Office without installing anything?

Yes. The live demo at office-demo.floritron.dev runs simulated agents that work, get blocked and wait for you, so you can explore the office, the queue and the panels in your browser. No signup needed.

Does Office work on a phone?

Yes. Panels collapse, and a minimap plus level navigation keep the office usable on a narrow screen, so you can check on your agents and answer a blocked one from your phone.

What's the difference between the plans?

Early Access (€3/month) gives you the office as it ships today, for up to 3 rooms and 10 agents. Basic (€9/month) removes the limits and adds per-desk connections, profiles and the Docker runtime. Advanced (€19/month) adds early access to every new feature, starting with tasks, delegation and shared memory.

Who builds Office?

Office is built by Floritron, an engineering consultancy from Estonia. Questions, ideas or a demo call: hello@floritron.dev.
